So I am back on the Wii Fit track I just got done exercising 1/2 hour with Jillian Michael's I wish I could make myself remember how I feel after I get done with a work out. I feel more energized and better over all I may be slightly tired but it is refreshing so now I need to keep it up. I weighed in a 268 I lost a LB when I took off my shirt lol anyway so my goal is to lose 5 LBS in a month. I am also going to try and curb my intake of food. My mom got on this juice plus kick and I've got a box of the stuff so I'm going to drink that for 2 of my three meals plus keep up with my water intake. At least that is the plan that stuff doesn't taste the best but it isn't that bad either. I hate being this overweight and with the two kids I NEED to get in shape so I'm around when they grow up.
